a mixed experience
small room missing coffee capsules
the location is quite convenient, close to the metro (i did appreciate this).
The room i had was disappointingly small (considering what i paid). i found the lack of space for clothes quite limiting. the coffee machine was there, but without any capsules. It felt a bit pointless.

The location is convenient with metro access nearby.
My room felt quite basic for the price point. The towels were thin and cheap. The soap felt the same. Breakfast felt cramped and the hotel charged premium prices with budget offerings

cramped room stale cigarettes
the staff seemed mostly fine i guess the location near the metro was acceptable too
my room supposedly a standard double was more like a broom closet with a bed it was small cramped and smelled faintly of stale cigarettes also the soundproofing was non existent i heard everything from the hallway conversations to someone's questionable taste in music next door

a wonderful accommodation
helpful staff soundproofed room fresh pastries convenient location
i found the staff genuinely helpful, specially with directions and recommendations. my room was well soundproofed as promised. the breakfast variety impressed me particularly the fresh pastries. the location worked fine for me as it was close to the metro.
the gym equipment seemed a little dated.

sack breakfast metro station great location
The staff provided a quick sack breakfast. it was prepared the afternoon before. the location is really great. The metro station is opposite.
The window was very small. It faced the building's side wall.

modern fitting friendly staff metro station
I stayed in a standard double room. The room had very modern fittings. The staff was friendly and helpful with all requests. San Sebastian metro station is right by the hotel entrance. It made getting around easy.
The breakfast was passable. The options were limited and did not vary much.
